COVID-19 - Service Delivery update - 25/03/2020

As the ever-changing picture of Covid-19 changes, so we adapt our services to keep people safe. Please take note of the changes in our service provision as follows.

As of Tuesday 24 March 2020:

The Exchange Street entrance for Needle Exchange and iPED services will be CLOSED. If you need access to these services, please attend at the Hadden Street main office entrance. Here you will be greeted on buzzing by a member of staff who will ask you relevant health-related questions, prior to you receiving the support you seek.

Needle Exchange and Duty Drop-in will take place from here, Monday - Friday, 1030am-1pm and 2-5pm. The entrance will be closed to visitors between 1-2pm.

On weekends, access from the Hadden Street entrance will be from 12-1pm and 2-5pm.

We will seek contact details from n/x users to facilitate, where possible, the postage delivery of supplies or a delivery service if feasible, IF our service provision becomes more restricted - UPDATE - first deliveries of n/x supplies completed in Aberdeen today!!
