Accessing ADA services

Until further notice, all ADA group activities are suspended, in line with UK government advice on social distancing. This includes ADAPT and DART training. A link to this guidance is attached HERE.

Getting in touch with us is changing as we reduce face-to-face contact as much as possible. This does not mean that you won't be able to see an ADA worker, provided you are symptom free. But, where we can, we shall endeavour to help you via other means if possible. Help us reduce the spread of coronavirus by following the advice below, with regards to contacting us.

Needle Exchange (Hadden Street)

The usual manner in which people can access our Hadden Street needle exchange has now changed. On entering from Exchange Street, please READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS. You will be seen as soon as possible by a worker, who will ask precautionary questions relative to the signs and symptoms of coronavirus. You will then be provided with the equipment you require. We ask that you take enough clean works away with you as needed for a reasonable period of time (and also return used works to us in a cin bin).

If you are unable to attend needle exchange, phone our Helpline on 01224 594700 or 07927 192706 and we can discuss getting equipment out to you.
